I got laid off today, with the rest of 18F.

18F was an elite federal software shop. We made gov't websites work better, more efficiently for the American people. We saved taxpayers from getting screwed over by contractors. And were fired for it.

For over 11 years, 18F has been proudly serving the American people to make government technology work better. We are non-partisan civil servants. 18F has worked on hundreds of projects, all designed to make government technology not just efficient but effective, and to save money for American taxpayers.

I just don't want to talk to any organizations AI, no matter how cute their button or prompt or icon or name might be. I know that in this world I already talk to plenty of them but I just cannot muster any desire to do so of my own volition.
@obrhoff looking forward to the day when the committee bypasses the researchers and gives the Nobel directly to an LLM
