Today, 1 year ago, I was hungover for the last time and had an appointment with a liver specialist at the RHH clinics after some questionable bloodwork. I knew I was struggling with alcohol among other things and kept putting off doing anything about it.

Since then I have found others who have shared their similar stories and I feel blessed and amazed to have these friends every day.

I don't miss it at all and having much more fun today just being me.
