@noppe This is great! The only feature I miss is remembering where you left off reading the feed, because sometimes there are too many messages.

@tootapp I'm glad that Toot! is getting an update, but I like the old design more (I don't really like the new account switching). 😓

This version is planned to have two major things: A UI overhaul for iOS 26 (with some changes carrying back to iOS versions), and support for quote toots. This beta build has only the first part, the quote toots are not yet implemented.
The UI changes are also not 100% done, and it has tons and tons of internal changes that can lead to fresh new bugs. So it needs lots of testing, both on new and old iOS, and iPhone and iPad!
Hello! It's been a good while since I posted anything here, but it is finally time for a bit of a status update.
I haven't been doing many updates for a while now for two reasons:
1. Toot! is mainly developed as a client that does what I personally want, and I haven't wanted much lately.
2. I did have some good ideas I did want to try, but they fizzled out for reasons to be explained later.
HOWEVER!
There are now things I will be wanting!
