In the grant, the study I’d most like to do and that im most curious about will cost approx. AUD$147,000. Probability-based representative sample of the online *and* offline population is expensive. Especially when you go for a large enough sample to be informative.
My current research focuses on the accuracy of and biases in self-report measures of affect, well-being, and mental health symptoms. I have a general interest in the fundamental (and often unstated) assumptions in psychological science, particularly the assumptions that underly measures.
