Earthy colors are exactly that — earthy.
Shades of brown mirror the shades of soil, the same tones farmers read like a language when working the land. But now, wearing earthy colors is somehow being twisted into a symbol of negativity or hate. Apparently, a world obsessed with fifty shades of grey is starting to lose its grounding.

Interesting to add that Cochlospermum is a native flower found mostly in South Asia, namely India, Bangladesh, Myanmar, and the Western Himalaya and it typically flowers between February and April, a period when the dry season encourages the tree to shed its leaves and channel its energy into producing its vivid yellow blooms
