Has anyone taken the @signalapp client and server code and built a federating implementation? Or is that just @matrix ?

When you have missed your flight, instructions: Wait quietly in line for the next desk agent. Have your ID and boarding pass ready. Give them a genuine smile that includes your eyes. Say in a reasonable and well tempered tone: "I'm so sorry. I missed my flight. Can you rebook me?". After they do, tell them "Thank you so much, have a great day." Again, smile. Then walk to your new gate and wait. Read a book or two.
