Saying ‘no’ in science isn’t enough. Stop asking mainly women for volunteer work. Although those efforts can boost the team’s productivity, they are unrewarded and the scientist’s career would have enjoyed a greater boost with more time on research! https://www.nature.com/articles/d41586-022-03677-6
