@icg937 I‘m curious - what‘s the issue with melatonin? It really helped me to get to sleep at a reasonable time. I hate lying in bed for an hour failing to fall asleep.
CBT can be really helpful. You need to make sure your therapist really understands ADHD though. Unfortunately, those are still pretty rare…
