Il fut présent dès les débuts d’Ypsilon et de la Bibliothèque typographique, imaginée dans le sillage d’un mémorable colloque à l’Imec, en 2007, où nous étions ensemble, nombreux et joyeux comme jamais. Il dessina sans se faire prier quelques Y ; son caractère Francesco compose le logotype de notre maison.
La portée de son action, de sa vie, pleinement consacrée au service des écritures lapidaires et typographiques, est inestimable : elle durera.
