Transition times of year bring me a sense of wonder. Even on a sunny, warm day such as this, the moment the sun hastens into the west, a taste of the frigid days to come can be tasted on the wind.
Nature, in its own stately way, eases into its season of demise. Soon it will go to sleep, only to awaken at the gentle touch of spring. It is in these days that I can slow down, be present, and remember who I am. I'll try to hold onto this feeling until the holiday season whisks me away. 🍁🍂🌰
