@MLE_online probably technically no, but I did write an entire essay entitled Nostalgia for a River Lost, and I described “nostalgia for a river I never knew”, referring to the Colorado River pre-dams, pre-over drawing water, etc. which I was absolutely not alive to witness.

@yaya same! Wisdom were removed, and 2 i just…. Never had adult versions of so they tooth the corresponding 2 out. A dental hygienist once told me she had the same set missing too!

@yaya also, I don’t have my wisdom teeth and I don’t have another set of 4 teeth (somewhere near my canines but not actually my canines), and my mouth is still crowded!!!

@yaya i tried to get my dentist to let me get it pulled out, bc its my back molar (#2), but he convinced me to get a THIRD crown on this tooth. It’s had 2 previous crowns, a gum surgery, and a root canal. And that’s all after it had multiple fillings and cracked apart before the first crown.

@yaya my crown cracked and half came out a few weeks ago. Got the temporary crown put in today. 3hrs later it cracked and half came out. 😤
