@kuketzblog "Die Vogel App!" liest sich im Vergleich zu den anderen bekannten Apps auf dem Gebiet, sehr datenschutzfreundlich und ordentlich. Zwar gibt es die App (noch?) nicht in F-Droid und als Kontaktmöglichkeit ist eine gmail Adresse angegeben, aber mir scheint es, als hätte die App mehr Aufmerksamkeit verdient. Da die App in einem privaten Hobbyprojekt entwickelt wurde, könnte sich dabei vielleicht noch einiges in eine noch positivere Richtung hin entwickeln.

@technoethical 14 days ago I got my money back after a long time. Thanks everybody and also Technoethical to end this case.
@strypey @adfeno Also for the record, my complaint is still present. I have never got my money (478€) back from them. Now it's time to take this case to court. #deception #fraud
@technoethical 6 Months are gone and since 3 Months I'm waiting for my money back - what the hell are you doing. Sadly, I can't see ethical behaviour.
Work is in progress to clearify the situation, I am going to update this post in the near future.

After almost 2 months since #technoethical's last message: no message so far.
To summarize: They need over 4 months already to take the delivered not working hardware back. Further they try to delay it as long as possible. For sure I also did not get my money (478€) back.
