Terrible innumeracy on display here. No of course you don't step on 3-5 snakes per day. Those statistics are skewed by one guy in Louisiana who steps on 75,000 snakes per day.

But a certain class of executives just can't see this because they see AI as a way to make cheap engineers 10x more productive, rather than a way to make expensive engineers 2x as productive.
The dumbest part of this is that senior engineers are the people most likely to be able to use AI effectively. Now you're bogging them down having to babysit vibe coders and clean up their slop.
