For the first time after many years I actually took the time and polished my Behance portfolio. I never really paid much attention to online portfolios but recently I realized that I have accumulated a pretty solid body of work and that I should probably display it more proudly. I guess I'm in that stage of my professional life.

One of the most popular cartoons I ever drew was about the Internet of Things, right after Google announced the acquisition of Nest in early 2014. “I think my Nest smoke alarm is going off,” one character tells another. “Google Adwords just pitched me a fire extinguisher and an offer for temporary housing.”
I recently joined Mastodon, and I found it jarring that it has very few discoverability features.
