I’ve been a massive Apple fan since the mid 2000s. I love the products, the user experience. I would love to be excited about the 50y anniversary stuff, but instead I’m looking at how to exit the ecosystem. Initially in response to Tim Cook’s craven obsequiousness in the face of Trumps admin, but it’s actually resulted in a deeper conclusion. American tech can’t be trusted. I’m now rethinking all my choices, being much more intentional about what devices and services I use. (1/2)
