I got significantly fewer trick-or-treaters last night in the neighborhood than past years--maybe because it was a Monday? In any case, my students are going to get a sugary surprise tomorrow.

Why did I agree to a 5pm meeting on Friday? I'm pretty sure right now that good intentions and how much I love my colleagues won't make my brain function.
