It’s a city of contrasts, but in the best way possible.

Beaches, culture, history, food, energy… Mumbai really feels like it has everything. And I feel is one the best cities in #India

After the paradise beaches of #Gokarna, I arrived in #Mumbai with mixed expectations. I had heard both great and terrible things about this city.

But honestly, I loved it.

Mumbai has this incredible mix of old British colonial architecture, massive, iconic buildings, with the intensity of local life happening all around it.

You walk past grand historic facades and suddenly you’re in the middle of street markets, Muslim neighborhoods, cafés, parks

I met quite a few people who came for a couple of days… and ended up staying for weeks or even months.

There are also some nice hikes connecting the beaches, which makes exploring even more fun. Walking from one beach to another with ocean views the whole time is just unreal.

And if you want a change of scenery, there’s a small town not too far away where you can get a different feel of local life.

In conclusion, I really loved Gokarna. Is a perfect break in the middle of a trip through India

After Hampi, I headed to the beaches of #Gokarna. I decided to skip #Goa because of its party reputation and crowds...Im not a party person.

Gokarna felt like a completely different side of #India.

Quiet beaches, surrounded by jungle, warm water, and very few people, it really felt like a hidden paradise.

The vibe is super laid-back. No chaos, no noise, just long stretches of sand and time slowing down. Exactly what I was looking for after traveling through busier places.

It’s almost free (except 2 areas), not overly crowded, and incredibly peaceful, something I didn’t expect after traveling through other parts of India.

One of the best ways to explore it is by bike. Riding between temples and palm trees with almost no one around is just unreal.

Without a doubt, Hampi is a place I’d highly recommend. If you’re traveling through India, don’t skip it, it’s something special. #travelindia #visitindia

After visiting #Mysore, I took a night bus to #Hampi… and I have to say, it turned out to be one of my favorite places in #India, maybe the favorite.

Hampi feels like an open-air museum. Ruins, temples, and ancient structures are scattered everywhere.

There’s a calmness in Hampi that’s hard to explain. It’s quiet, spacious and somehow deeply immersive, you really feel the history around you.

It’s also one of the main hubs for Ashtanga yoga, attracting people from all over the world who come here to practice seriously.

The city itself is a bit chaotic, as expected in India, but it has some really nice spots and a more relaxed feel compared to bigger cities.

Definitely worth a stop, especially for the palace alone.

From #Kochi, I took a night bus to #Mysore

Woke up in a completely different vibe—less tropical, more inland #India

Mysore is where I saw my first proper Indian palace… and wow. The Mysore Palace is easily one of the most impressive in the country.

The architecture is stunning, and the interior halls are just as impressive, detailed ceilings, massive rooms, and that royal feeling everywhere.

One of the highlights here was watching a traditional #Kathakali performance.

The costumes, the makeup, the expressions, it’s such a unique cultural experience. It is fully recommended

Just arrived in #Kochi, in the state of #Kerala #india

Fort Kochi has a certain charm to it. Almost like a little sub-world within India. Slower pace, quieter streets, and a completely different vibe.

Walking around, I found a mix of colonial architecture, art houses, small galleries, and cozy cafés. It doesn’t feel like the India you expect—and that’s exactly what makes it special.

There’s something about the atmosphere here. It’s not overwhelming, it’s more… inviting.
