Today in 1969, The Beatles performed their legendary rooftop concert on the roof of the Apple Corps building in London.

They played for the city for 42 minutes before being stopped by the police.

It was John, Paul, George, and Ringo’s final public performance as “The Beatles”.

Launched as a ferry in 1949, by the 1960s MV Balmoral became very popular as an excursion boat from #Bristol due to a loophole which circumvented the UK Sunday alcohol laws. Once in the Bristol Channel, the bar was open and the ship returned to dock with many "merry" passengers!

2. any ruling having teeth, resulting in consequences, and
3. this government doing the honourable thing if judged to have acted improperly?

I somehow doubt it. 🙁
