@marc_veld (time permitting) can you do a thread on just how important nutrition is/isn't for immunity against respiratory viruses? I get a ton of my information from nutrition researchers but I realised there's no info I have from immunologists 🙂

@marc_veld Hi Marc, I had a bad encounter with RSV that left me sick for a period of months. Is RSV like a common cold or COVID which mutates quickly or am I likely now to be protected for a prolonged period of time?
