I had a moment of… choice. Funnily enough, a similar choice that lead to me breaking my oath. A mystery elf in the Shadows, a corpse he wanted to torture… and I said no. This Urge, whatever it is, shall have no more control over me than my oath did.

I have no desire to return to my oath — my will is now my own. But perhaps… I will embrace something else that has been calling to me since the death of that bard in our camp. I’ve been hoarding instruments, not really knowing why. Maybe I will try to play one of them.
