The Genius Bar support has been integral to the Apple Store experience since its inception, and now Apple is once again establishing a dedicated and identifiable space within the store for customers to engage in face-to-face conversations during hands-on technical and hardware support.
To me, this move is exceptionally astute. It demonstrates an understanding of the value that the Genius Bar provides, and I commend the decision.
