While talking to a colleague about how I recently learned most people have never sat on a cow it came up that she has never sat on a horse. Like, not even once during childhood.
Another colleague admitted they also have never sat on a horse.
My hypothesis is that most people have at one point in their life sat on a horse.

Australia doesn’t have a shortage of houses, a shortage of gas, or a shortage of bullshit about housing and gas supply. Australia is one of the world’s largest exporters of gas, but we’re often told we don’t have enough gas. Likewise, Australia has more houses and apartments -- in absolutes terms and per person -- than we did in the 1960s.
Men (particularly, as responses are needed) of my acquaintance, but frankly anyone: the daughter of a colleague of mine is studying gender and stereotypes for a personal interest project for her Year 12 studies and needs responses to a short (it took me about 15 minutes) survey on crime and gender (particularly masculine) stereotypes.
With her permission, I am posting the link (Google Form). If you choose to respond, I encourage you to treat it with the seriousness it deserves. She's clearly doing something interesting here and might learn some very big things.

The aim of this investigation is to explore how the news media’s framing of female and male offenders influences public perception and social change. This questionnaire will focus on gender stereotypes, media influence and social changes in gender equality.
