On Purge day, being outside where anything can happen to you seems your own fault. "Assumption of Risk."
and broken bones and soft tissue injuries can add up--if it's the day of the Purge, just finish her off with a large rock or whatnot.

If they slip and fall *during* the purge, you could argue that it's an intervening cause--i.e., "she was out during the Purge so she had it coming."

But if she slips and falls during the purge due to your negligence, then you *kill* her, you might just have a defense.

That's not crime, though. That's negligence, which is a civil tort.
