@briandunaway So an update on this. I ordered a screen off AliExpress for $15 and it’s fixed! Wasn’t too hard to do either!

@briandunaway Oh yeah, I guess a lot of sales will be coming up soon. Good point! I thought about looking at one of the more capable models but the size and format of this one are really nice to have and pocketable (…and breakable apparently). I will probably open it up and tinker with it at some point.

@JCF @briandunaway I will at least pop it open and see if I can tell what’s damaged. The last time I powered it on it stayed on until I powered it off. If it ends up just being the screen, maybe I can plug it into the tv/monitor.

@briandunaway Love Play Retro! I dropped my Rg35xx onto a brick surface and now the screen won’t come on and it won’t stay powered on. Are they easy to fix? Not sure if it would just be easier to get another one but I hate throwing electronics in the trash. I’ve really enjoyed playing along when you and Scott talk about these games from my past!

@briandunaway @scottjohnson @scottjohnson I think you got different models of the Steam Deck. Which one do you guys recommend as best bang for your buck?
