@opendna @timnitGebru I can’t find any support for that interpretation by casual googling. I did find a lot of essays about longtermism that seem to be written by people who like the _idea_ of humanity, but don’t seem to care much for any _actual humans_.

@mattblaze eff that, everybody is an artist, art is a deeply human endeavor and anyone who calls it pretentious to say you’re an artist is reacting to their own insecurities. Cave art, crafts, limericks, performance art, piss Jesus, 3 minute musicals, pole dancing, it’s all art. I will die on this hill.
