Just hopping on here to publicize a great paper on #Asexual Affirming Care for Mental Health professionals by Jared Boot-Houry. Please read and share with your networks. https://www.researchgate.net/publication/383696284_Asexual-Affirming_Care_Recommendations_for_Practice
I also seem to have found all the psychologists on Bluesky, so there is THAT. 🎉
Finally deleted my tweets from the other place. So many memories and so odd to be here where I am mostly whispering into a void. But even the void is more pleasant than that place.
Super excited for the Securing Sexuality Conference which is about safer #sexuality and #privacy in the digital age. And you can attend virtually too so it's ticking off my #accessibility box. Yay! securingsexuality.com
Made some slight edits to my EHR privacy and user data IP post here on my blog: https://drkkolmes.com/2023/09/22/it-had-to-be-you-when-your-favorite-ehr-makes-you-break-up-with-them/

Updates From Keely Kolmes

Back to the Simple Practice dilemma. Despite the email I got reassuring me that any forms I upload would not be used by them, I heard today that another colleague uploaded her own forms to her portal, and then found them in the templates section of Simple Practice. So I guess it’s reassuring to get an email telling me they won’t do it but it sounds like they were already doing it. 🤬
