Just joined a internal session about cultural differences. We can share the knowledge about the differences in between each other, but also there are something we can not aware by ourselves.
Can we really accept those differences?
Can we find ways to surpass those differences to go forward?
I hope it's just a beginning and we can make a progress about this.
