Apollo Reborn

can’t fucking believe that “omg we’re down all the time b/c we're being ddosed by too much code 🥺”-github is fucking hosting a fucking meet and greet with the fucking dude who’s responsible for some of the worst offenses by enabling an legion of mac minis flooding the world with slop.

guess github is now fully integrated into the org chart

Dear American citizens, whatever you wish more German citizens would have done in 1933, do that now.

but sure: more is more

especially if you spend your time in PowerPoints and board meetings

everyone and their grandma ships products at incredible speeds these days. but at the same time software quality has never deteriorated so quickly. perhaps the amount of code a developer can write was never the bottleneck 🌚

2016: every line of code is immediately tech debt, the most important design paradigm is simplicity, I maintain a curated personal blog about minimalism

2026: haha I just have my stochastic labubu generate tons of code all the time, I don't even look at it. More is more. I regularly have nervous breakdowns about what it all means on all social media platforms

Gotta give it to Claude Code developers: they are exceptionally brave. I would’ve been straight up embarrassed to show stats like this.

Reminder: Claude Code is a thin CLI client that reads input from your terminal, sends it to Antrhopic servers and prints back the response.
