Monkeybrains has moved into the building and they announced their new residency by arriving with cops. They called my comrades squatters, announced their intention to give the adjacent residents free internet & that they're going to throw disco parties on the parcel. They got started last night with a drunken staff party on the loading dock.
Basically, their plan is to try create an easement on the 22nd street gate.
Wow.

Don't expect to be spoonfed. Read, think, think again. I know you know how to learn things, you do it every day.

And **don't**, for the love of all that is holy and much that is not, ask "clarification"-questions. If people are posting about things they're experiencing, they don't owe it to you to provide technicolor detail, a flowchart, a checklist, and a nicely packaged resolution.

The city could fix this in a week. SFMTA & the mayor would rather push vulnerable road users into traffic than show the slightest amount of leadership, so Valencia is without a bike lane during commute hours.

San Francisco was once the first city nationwide to place a permanent cap on food delivery fees. But as of Tuesday that cap has been removed.
