I was a bit surprised how much your news affected me. I guess it was a combination of things, including my own loses. But also the glimpses you shared of him made me feel somehow ‘involved’ - it’s hard to explain.

I’m glad Thor found a loving home with your family, and that you took such good care of him

@jerry Sorry. And I really wish there was an easy answer. Even when the decision is clear and obvious, it’s still gut-wrenching.

The best I can suggest is: when it is right for Thor. You, I’m sorry to say, are secondary.
