Popped into BFF Galary for opening night of Bart Vargas ' - Acre 54. A collection of delightfully tongue & cheek collages. And omg, the crowd was so fun at this one. We loved the collection. So many poignant jokes made. I needed some art to fill my soul after the last couple of weeks! And this was one of the best show openings we've been to in a minute. Looks like this show is up for the rest of the month. Take a look, support local artists, & buy something!

So, we tried to make it to a Cabaret Show at The Omaha Mining Company (formally The Run) on Leavenworth. Unfortunately, the show was canceled at the last minute. But while there, I got these incredible pics of the building. It has so much character & storied history. This place is one of the oldest continuously running Queer bars in Nebraska. And these building portraits are telling a thousand stories!
