Not THE Arthur Dent of Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy fame, though I do enjoy a cup of tea and saying 'Excuse me' a lot.

I also love Automation and everything tech. I love Linux and use Pop!_OS as my daily driver. I work in IT (but really I'm not that bad), I lean left, and am not religious. Except when it comes to Star Wars. Everyone knows the Force is the one true god :)

@gustav I have a lot of love for Typora. It’s no longer free, though. Works on windows and Linux and supports front matter
Sorry #Kogan I need some space...I need to delete you for a while. Really its you not me. It's for the best.
@colinfry666 Yep that's the only thing holding me back from deleting that email address :)
Made my first purchase on #Kogan two weeks ago. 18 marketing emails later, I'm still waiting for the product...
@souwei I’ve been using #PopOS for a good 8 months now and I find it suits my style. Definitely great for gaming and it looks great and is very responsive (except for the pop shop but I prefer apt anyway). It’s my first Linux distro after Ubuntu. Have tried Fedora and liked it but Pop just has an extra bit of character that appeals to me. Maybe try it in a VM and see what your mileage is like?
@Mariapocalypse looks great to me! Thank you 🙂
@geewiz @nomemory Complete agreement. Adding privacy and clear communication around privacy is something I believe will make this platform a much more attractive place to be. I left dozens of Twitter friends behind because the last barrier to escape was the privacy of their DMs.

6 RAID is not backup. Make offsite backups. Verify backup. Find out restore time. Otherwise, you got what we call Schrödinger backup

7 You've got what it takes

@aussocialadmin Thank you for your excellent work! Is there a non-Patreon way to support the site? Paypal donation possibly?
