This video is a making of and explanation of Marta’s Song, one of the most iconic tracks from Deep Forest’s Grammy Award-winning album Boheme (1995).
The song was born from the encounter between Deep Forest’s electronic soundscapes and the unique voice of Márta Sebestyén, the celebrated Hungarian singer known for her interpretations of traditional folk music from Eastern Europe.
Marta’s Song creates a bridge between ancestral traditions and contemporary sound design.
