J.D. Vance wouldn't last a minute on the South Side of Chicago -- plus he'd tooo scared to go there anyway.

@gimulnautti
Power is an addiction, and, as with all addictions, it never weakens, but only grows. The more of a drug an addict gets, the more they need.

For many years, I have dealt with Christians who have never read a single chapter of the Bible, yet insist "I know what it says." The fact is, they have no idea what is in that book and most of what they claim is there is actually either misconstrued, misinterpreted, or nonexistent.

Ask a Christian why there are two entirely different -- and non-reconcilable -- stories of Noah's Ark, two creation stories, two covenant stories.

Imagine what will happen if they are cancelled.
@GottaLaff
They will, certainly, so it is imperative that we retake Congress two years from now and restore that which is taken away. They will no longer be able to deny who is responsible.

@RoundSparrow
And none of them can claim that they weren't forewarned.

They didn't want to believe that their messiah was teh devil in disguise. Now they are finding out the hard way.

@GottaLaff
The irony of this is that so many of the people who will be affected voted for Trump: farmers and people who live on farms; construction workers and laborers, and many elderly people on fixed incomes and on assistance programs who will find themselves unable to put food on their tables.

They are on the brink of learning that Trump and his allies never cared at all about them. Billionaires care only for their own and all others are merely instruments by which they serve themselves.

@dmartuk Man! Does this hit home!
