Good morning. I went to sleep at 04 for some reason. I popped awake at 09.
#seaincooks mirepoix in olive oil, with smoked dried chipotle, and eggs with Penzeys Sunny Paris Seasoning. Before i started chopping the veg, i brewed some Weird Brothers Princess of Power Coffee and Cacao via the Japanese Iced Coffee pour over method in a Hario V60 500ml. Coffee diluted by about 40% with a blend of heavy cream and whole milk. It was very much a coffee first kind of morning.

#seainCooks A lazy dinner tonight, spent a lot of today hydrating; even skipped coffee. Frozen broccoli, canned corn, butter, water, indian noodles, topped with Parmigiano and pepper.
On Monday i got fraud notifications from my credit union while en route to Philadelphia. New card en route. The show was fabulous!
