#seaincooks made two single crust chicken pot pies. Filling across both: one skinned and deboned Cornish game hen that i marinated with salt, pepper, onion powder, oil while i prepped the veg and sauce,wand rolled out the crusts, 1/3 of a celery, 5 carrots, 3 small onions, 3 cloves of garlic, one finely diced potato, about 1.5C of peas, thyme, poultry seasoning, salt, and a thick, if flowing, bechamel.
