@bigmountainstudio That was quick. All early bird seats already gone?

Greta‘s book has a good chapter on methane vs CO2. I didn’t fully understand so far that cutting methane is a quick win that could buy us time. It‘s a lot more potent than CO2 but mostly degrades within a decade while CO2 accumulates and will determine our temperatures over centuries.

Personal action to cut methane: no/less meat (beef = worst) get rid of gas heaters.

It seems that @StewartLynch is not only great at teaching Swift. Thank you for this awesome piece of knowledge 🙏🏻 https://iosdev.space/@StewartLynch/110555622570348516

Great short read about SwiftUI overlays by @Mecid
I often use branches in ViewBuilders and wasn’t aware of the downsides. So thanks for the update.

The power of overlays in SwiftUI

An overlay is a view drawing on top of another view. And today, we will talk about two interesting use cases of using overlays in SwiftUI. One of them allows us to keep the structural identity of the view, and another one becomes very handy whenever you build custom navigation transitions.

Uh. Google now offers the option to use Passkeys. This is exciting. Can’t wait for the 1Password integration, launching in June.
Although of all the fear it brings up in me, I do enjoy Mastodon a lot, because it also brings so many benefits for my job as a developer. And I do like the community, despite I‘m very little involved in it.
Oh, and I love all the cool apps. Today I purchased Mona for Mastodon. Have used it through the beta and still loving it.
The thing with social media for me is, that I easily get overwhelmed about it, because I have this bad tendency to want to read everything I find interesting, which quickly leads to stress and anxiety. Also I haven’t found a good way to incorporate it into my daily life. How do you use/incorporate social media or especially Mastodon into your daily life?
Every time an artist releases a 20th-anniversary edition of a record, I realize how old I've become. Currently listening to Linkin Parks Meteora 20th-anniversary edition. Still an awesome record.
I have all of them and highly recommend them. Here’s your chance to win them. https://tweets.icu/users/bigmtnstudio/statuses/1643161488302157825

Did you know that #ArcBrowser automatically removes utm-tracking-parameters from the current url when you hit CMD+⬆+C. So you have a clean url to share. Great.
