Two mornings ago (the end of a 22-mi backpacking trip) vs now (a week's stay for work in Seattle)!

Backpacking at Henry Coe Park in Blossom Hill was a ton of fun. Woofy and I covered ~22 miles in 3 days days with ~2000ft of elevation change, most of which was on the last hot and sunny day—with some pretty questionable midsummer water resources to run through our filters. Absolutely tested my endurance but I'm super glad we went. We even heard some coyotes and saw some of the infamous wild boars in the San Jose hills!

This week in Seattle should be pretty low key for work, so I'll be headed toward Pike & Pine for my favorite Thai restaurant here tonight and then also to Vulpine Taproom on Thursday, then staying in Kent til Sunday morning.

It's a very good week. Hope you all are having a good one too. :)
