To think that a year ago I was struggling to get back into running is a personal achievement.
I used to do more short runs in 2016 though.

I started running again in August and already surpassed myself since 2019. I lost 9kg gained from lockdowns and working from home. I finally fit in my old and loved clothes (I will never get rid of my Marvel tees).
The `how`: a workout routine (running) and a better diet (I did keto).
