Brutal week. Overdid it with back to back 20 hour days. Don't be me. Balance and mental health are important. Grind culture is unhealthy and less productive. That's not why I'm working a lot, but I know people feel the pressure.

If you look for it, you'll find People Theory all over our writing (you'll find a few where we talk about cheat codes, too). And we obviously aren't alone. McGregor was saying surprisingly-similar things about Theory Y back in the '60s and probably informed our own thinking on it.

one week on Mastadon:
1. Way more productive. This is a byproduct of the limited number of people I am following and no algo
2. Way less angry about nonsense
3. Feel like im talking into a void. It's really hard for me to see how anyone can find your content if they aren't looking for it here. The key is pry "Boost"
Wont be going anywhere because I am just not that interested in any of the platforms.
