Have been using emacs the whole day with tree-sitter enabled and it's pretty smooth so far.
Haven't touched my vim settings for a while so can't speak for that.
Have you just made the #Twexit or the #TwitterMigration? Keep in mind, things aren't exactly the same as on #Twitter!
1. Favorites ⭐ - they're not "likes". They don't help posts, they just let the Mastodon member who posted know you thought it was cool!
2. Boosts 🔁 - these push someone's post into your friends feeds!
So if you ⭐ my posts, that's great (and I love you too)!
But if you boost 🔁 posts, then more people see them!

Actually, after thinking a little more about it, it might be content.
Something more like a categorization search.
There are definitely interesting folks in tech I'd love to follow but most of the time I'm more interested in topics. e.g. Elixir, Phoenix, Rust, WebRTC, distributed systems, WASM, etc

I agree and I'm one of those people.
There are many occasions that I do feel he should just shut up and focus on what he does best.
Having opinions vs trying to stick his nose into everyone's business is a completely different thing but his fan base probably doesn't see it that way.
