No workout today. Not because I don't want to but because all of these apps are telling me I shouldn't and I need to rest. According to them I'm under a lot of stress which is to say the least. So, I'm going to listen and try to rest today. Now if only I could sleep again.

Another day, another workout. Dont know where my gym motivation is coming from. Maybe it's just a placebo effect of being on #TRT but I'm running with it. Gym time this morning followed by some CCNP Security review.

Walked out the house this morning to head to the gym, got in the car and put it in reverse only to realize I was still in my underwear. Doh! Maybe 2:30am workouts aren't the best choice for me after all.

Another workout in the books. The #TRT is without a doubt making a difference in my workouts, in both the poundage and reps. This is a nice change. I use to avoid lifting and focused solely on aerobic exercise but that is changing now. I'm enjoying the weights for the first time.

Try to find someone who shares the same primary love language as you. It's a lot easier to feel and give love when you both share the same one.

Otherwise you will default to showing love in your love language and it won't always be recognized.
