@AnnemarieBridy I guess he is running for President. That is one of the required stunts for a GOP candidate exploring a run. It is deployed right after claims that Trump is being victimized by The Deep State. Youngkin has done step one, the obligatory Standing with Poor Donald statement. He has now done Step Two, the border stunt. We can expect an announcement in September. :)
If private businesses own social media outlets and the government interacts with these outlets, then would it not be these outlets who would have standing in arguing government violation of First Amendment rights?

It is more dispersed over here. You can’t just see what is on the President’s mind, for instance. I do like Post and reading news. I have requested Bluesky, but it takes a while to get in. I suspect because the Bluesky platform is similar to Twitter, it will attract a number of Twitter migrants. I also think people will return to Twitter once Elon’s latest poor decision wears off.
