maren chris@bryanhansel it is beautiful but unfortunately it’s deadly for Karner Blue Butterflies who cannot distinguish between the native and big leaf lupine. They lay their eggs on the big leaf lupine and their eggs die because they can only eat the native lupine.
@mfc that butterfly isn't found in the area.
