Lost a pound and a half while in Portugal, likely due to all the walking up and down steep hills but also much better food. I'm also now at the weight I was when I graduated college.

We're terminating with our incompetent TPA at the end of the year (they used to be a customer of mine at a prior job and 'incompetent' is generous) and they already terminated everybody's logins. 🙄
