I’m late to this party, but I just wanted to say as a recently diagnosed 47 year old, all of what you described applies to me as well. Well, except the illegal stuff, but boy do I feel that urge to just break shit. If I did, I would probably only be surprised because I’m in the midst of what I think is burnout. I have some trauma, but nothing compared to what some are dealing with. I never felt like I fit in, even with my own friends sometimes growing up. The people that have stuck it out with me are also ND in some way, but man right now I am struggling. But these are some incredibly difficult times for people like us. I just wanted to send my love and let you know you aren’t alone.

This is especially true when you realize that some of the footage is from Russian ships. So the numbers can’t be precise.

But that doesn’t change the fact that we are spending billions a day to murder and poison innocent Iranians in an illegal war at the behest of israel, while our own citizens starve and die in our crumbling streets, or go bankrupt from medical debt, or are arrested for the color of their skin, their accent, or their political beliefs; or they get shot for being black, or brown, or mentally unwell, or just… confused because some cowardly undertrained, wife-beating, alcoholic asshole didn’t learn to use his hands growing up or learn like… an actual productive skill; or they get preventable cancers and die because of environmental deregulations, or they have to work well into their golden years because everything is unaffordable, and these same assholes are working tirelessly to destroy Social Security or Medicare and Medicaid. While millions of powerless people all over the world die from starvation or easily treatable illnesses because some tech bros wanted to end USAID, literally the only sort of halfway good thing we do in this world. The world is unlucky to have us as their neighbors. We are full of vile, self-obsessed, self-righteous scumbags. Fuck this country, and fuck the ethnostate of israel for all time. We are a net drain on humanity.
