Note: it could also just be that my back hurts? Or that I never fully let my anxiety out from my cert exam I failed yesterday
My brain is causing me distress again, just a weird disconnected feeling, might be a couple diff levels of anxiety pulsing underneath, but I’m mostly annoyed because I feel it affecting the way I communicate and I don’t want to affect my new gf or our relationship :(
