@foundseed their moderation policies are really thoughtful on paper and they seem to have a large and active mod team... is this a case of specific users needing to be blocked instead of limiting an instance? We'd appreciate those links to articles/blogs so we can review further

@rcl I'm not sure what post you are referring to; if you don't follow the account it might not be discoverable since discoverability on the fediverse is dependent on who you follow and who everyone else on this server follows. If it's not visible in the Mastodon search, you may try searching for it on a regular search engine then copying that URL into the Mastodon search box.
We don't delete any users' posts unless removing content that violates our server rules.
@rcl Thank you for reporting the offending account; this is the best way for our team to keep track and properly handle situations like this. If a server routinely allows hate speech etc, we would consider defederating. But usually not just as a result of one bad actor.
