Did some testing based on a question from @TheGreatSzalam. If you really like a wiggle in #AfterEffects, but haven’t seeded it, you can seed it with one less than the layer index to keep that wiggle. So if your wiggle is on layer 3, add seedRandom(2,true); to your expression.
