@ryanhoulihan In terms of data privacy, absolutely. I don’t think there’s much of a difference. However generally I try to be as private as I can while still enjoying myself, and TikTok is *not* private lmao

@ryanhoulihan Right? I know it's horrible for privacy and is probably used for CCP propaganda but it's so valuable to me. So much educational content, as well as Autism or LGBT content. Tiktok is filling a certain niche I can't find anywhere else.

@omi_geek Impossible? No. Difficult? Sure. Governments may try, but the will of the people is a strong force. I think a free and open internet is absolutely possible. More people just need to understand how important it is.
